Welcome to iFlyZED. By downloading, installing,
or using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service:

iFlyZED is a mobile application that provides flight-related tools,
aviation utilities, and premium features for pilots and aviation enthusiasts.
Some features are available only with an active paid subscription.

2. Subscription Plans:

iFlyZED offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to all premium features:
Monthly Subscription (Billed Monthly)
Yearly Subscription (Billed Yearly)
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and will automatically
renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time
in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

3. No Free Trial:

iFlyZED does not offer free trials.
Payment is charged immediately upon confirmation of purchase.

4. Payment and Renewal:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase Subscription
renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Subscription prices may vary by country and are displayed before purchase

5. Restore Purchases:

If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore
your purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.

6. Use of the App:

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access,
reverse engineer, or interfere with the app’s functionality.
The app is provided for informational and educational purposes
only and should not be used as the sole source for flight decisions.

7. Data and Privacy:

Your use of iFlyZED is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.
Termination does not entitle you to any refund of subscription fees.

9. Disclaimer:

iFlyZED is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
Always verify critical flight data using official aviation sources.

10. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iFlyZED shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

11. Changes to These Terms:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use
of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
